All rack bookings are non-refundable, but don’t stress—if your total sales are less than your rack rental, we’ll waive our 15% commission to help you out.
Before you secure your rack, please review our terms and conditions below. Booking confirms your agreement with all outlined policies.

RACK TYPES & PRICING

Half Rack
$150 for 12 days
Approx. 30 hanging items + 2 pairs of shoes
15% commission on sales

Full Rack
$200 for 12 days
$300 for 18 days (incl. if required, tagging, set up & pack down)
$400 for 24 days (incl. if required, tagging, set up & pack down)
Approx. 50 hanging items + 4 pairs of shoes
15% commission on sales

Each rack’s capacity depends on your garment types (bulkier pieces = fewer items).
You’re welcome to restock as things sell!

HOW IT WORKS

1. Clear Out Your Wardrobe

Start by sorting through your clothes, shoes, and bags. Anything you haven’t worn in forever? It’s time to set it free.
Make sure all your pieces are clean, in great shape, and ready for a new home. A little prep goes a long way in making them irresistible to shoppers.

2. Reserve Your Rack

Jump onto our Bookings page to choose what suits you best.
Select your rack size—Half or Full (you can see details above on how many items each holds).
Then pick your rental duration and your preferred start date.
Secure your spot with a quick online payment—racks fill up fast, so it’s worth locking yours in early.

3. Get Your Items Tagged & Priced

Log into Zellr with the details we’ll email you after you sign up.
Head to the Product Pricing tab and create a new product sheet. Add each item’s info—brand, size, a short description—and set your prices.

Once you’re done, Zellr will generate barcodes for everything. Print them at home and attach them however you like—it’s your mini boutique in the making.

Need a hand getting organised?

Short on time? Once your items are entered into your product sheet and ready to go, just let us know. We offer a Tagging Service where we’ll print your barcodes, tag your items, hang them, and steam them (if needed) so they’re all set for selling.

An additional fee of $40 applies. We ask for one week’s notice, and items need to be dropped off 2–3 days before your rental start date.

4. Bring Your Items In

On your booking day, swing by the store and check in with our team. You’re welcome to drop your items off anytime between 10am and 3pm on the start date—whatever works best for you.
We’ll show you to your rack and help you get set up.
Take a moment to hang everything neatly so it’s easy for shoppers to browse. We’ve got plenty of hangers ready—just make sure each piece has its barcode attached.

Need a little freshen up? We have a steamer on site you’re welcome to use to get everything looking its best.

5. Sell & Earn

Spread the word! Share your rack with friends, family, and your socials—it all helps your pieces find their new homes.
You can track your sales live through Zellr and top up your rack anytime.
Once your rental wraps up, come by to collect any unsold items. We’ll pop your earnings into your account within a week.
